I received a nice note from new pastor David Bryan regarding the lighting issues affecting numerous View Place residents. Pastor Bryan has promised to help work out a resolution with the neighbors over the bright lights recently installed at the church.  It is very welcome news for the community, and good relations with neighbors is something that David aspires to achieve. We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with pastor and the church.

We are asking FCA members to come out in force to help clean up our community. This year a major effort will be placed on cleaning one of our most heavily traveled roads, Hamilton Avenue and on replacing trees that were lost to the Emerald Ash Borer insects. We will also focus our attention to cleaning many of the creek waterways in our parks. Other projects include edging and weeding flowerbeds, painting picnic tables.

Scholarships to two deserving graduating seniors from Finneytown High School. This continues the many years that the FCA has supported Finneytown schools by offering two $500 scholarships. To win, you must be an exceptional student with a history of community service coordinated through the excellent staff at Finneytown High School.

The Finneytown Civic Association holds its regular meeting, Monday, April 22 at 7 p.m. at the
Township Senior Center, Room A. We will feature Deb Semenick, Acting Superintendent of
Finneytown Schools. Also, the folks from Harvest Food Hub will be on hand to talk about the food coop
farm on North Bend Road (at Greenfield Drive).The FCA encourages you to come to the meeting
and share your concerns or suggestions. It is a very good opportunity for you to get updates from local
government and school staff.We will also be reporting on housing issues, land use and zoning, and new developments.

Springfield Township Arts & Enrichment Council is bringing two exciting activities to the Springfield Township Center, including:

1. ArtLocal, Reception May 3 from 7-10 p.m. includes a CCM jazz trio. On May 4, musician Zak
Morgan plays from 11-Noon, and children’s crafts from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Gallery open both days.
2. Dinner Theatre July 12 at Springfield Township Center. Cost is $32 per ticket.

Waycross Community Media is offering a ten week summer workshop for middle and high school students
led by Cincinnati filmmaker Bob Leibold. The workshop will introduce students in grades 6 – 12 to the process of film making. The students will create a short film (between 4-7 minutes), complete with

The Finneytown Business Network is up and running and are meeting on the last Wednesday of every month. Coordinated by John Dickerson and Kim Flamm, this group represents the Mom and Pop Finneytown businesses. The next meeting will be April 24 at Finneytown Graeter’s at 8 a.m. Between 12 and 20 folks are expected to attend.

The Finneytown Civic Association Board of Trustees voted at its March 30 meeting to move forward on replacing two FCA Welcome Signs. For years, folks driving into Finneytown were greeted by the welcome signs. However, two of the wooden signs are completely rotted and have to be replaced. We would prefer that a carpenter or vendor from Finneytown help us craft two new signs.

Friday, April 5th: The Springfield Township Arts and Enrichment Council will host an improv showdown featuring Cincinnati's leading improv entertainment troupe, The Middle Child. Show-only tickets are on sale now and at the door for $19. Saturday, April 6th: Finneytown Athletic Boosters is hosting a 5K race fundraiser. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. at the high school. Race-day registration is $25 for adults or $15 for kids, 14 and under. All registrations include goodie bags, chip-timing, post-race refreshments and a chance to win door prizes and awards. Step off at 9 a.m.

The following streets are affected by the race route and will be temporarily closed during the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Fountainebleau Terr, Mockingbird Ln., Thunerbird Ave., Cottonwood Dr., Hempstead Dr., and Vacationland Dr. 

Sunday, April 7th: Springfield Township, The Powel Crosley Jr. YMCA and the Finneytown Athletic Organization together will host Major League Baseball's official Pitch Hit & Run local level competition at Helwig Park. This is a free skills competition for boys and girls, ages 7-14.  Registration will begin at the park at 2p.m. Players must bring a copy of their birth certificate in order to compete. Once registered, kids will test their hitting, pitching and base running abilities. Registrations will be accepted until 3 p.m. The competition will end when the last person has completed their skills assessment. First, second and third place participants in each age and gender category will receive a certificate. First place and overall winners in each skill will advance to the sectionals. Residential and Church Lights

Hello Neighbors, 

Just read a letter generated by Chris Gilbert that the Township is generating the case file to require the photogrammic study. A photogrammic study will document the impact of the Church lights on the neighborhood -- amount of light that floods into homes and obstructs viewing at night. 

Mr. Gilbert has also informed the neighbors in View Place directly impacted by the light pollution  that he is meeting with the Law Director to get an opinion on specific requirements.  Once the church is in receipt of the letter, a timeframe for the study will be ready and they can move forward. 

It is a good thing to have the language of the resolution about residential lighting on the side of the neighbors in View Place. It is also a very good thing to have the advocacy and support of neighbors and Finneytown Civic Association all whom are willing to use their personal time to look into zoning regulations and restrictions.

Since Monday, the lights have been off so somebody is answering our prayers.

Hubbard, the Hamilton County Engineer, would like to announce the night time closing (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM) of Galbraith Road, between Winton Road and Ronald Reagan (SR 126) in Springfield Township beginning Wednesday, February 20, 2013.

Work being performed by Mt. Pleasant Blacktopping is storm sewer repair and is anticipated to last until February 22, 2013 (weather permitting).

DEB SEMINICK TAKES OVER FEB. 1 AS SUPERINTENDENT

The Finneytown Local School District Board of Education named Ms. Deb Semenick as interim superintendent. Semenick takes over February 1, 2013 when current superintendent, Dr. Alan Robertson, retires. The vote was unanimous.  ”She has an in-depth knowledge of the community, curriculum and instruction, and also knows what it takes to continue the great tradition,” said Mrs. Horn. Ms. Semenick is no stranger to the Finneytown traditions, having been a principal at Whitaker Elementary from 1997-2008. She is currently Director of Student Services for the Finneytown district. Semenick, who is licensed as a superintendent, principal, and teacher, has served as a principal and teacher of both regular and special needs students in five different school districts. She has received numerous awards and accolades as an effective leader, including the Council for Exceptional Children Principal Award, a nomination for the Leadership Award from the Inclusion Network, and Finneytown Educator of the Year. She has participated in the High Aims Math and Science Academy for Principals, and is a certified trainer for Ruby Payne’s Framework for Understanding Poverty. At Whitaker she spearheaded a school improvement project
to expand the academic achievements of all students based on Effective Schools research and the 8-Step
Instructional Model. One parent commented about Ms. Semenick’s “astute ability” to support change with grace. She “has been an excellent role model of change for her peers, staff, and Whitaker students and families.”

AUDITOR WARNS ABOUT PROPERTY VALUATION APPEALS
Hamilton County Auditor Dusty Rhodes is warning property owners to beware of companies offering to assist with valuation appeals. ValueAppeal, LLC of Seattle is one of several companies mailing letters to area residents saying they could be overpaying their taxes because the County value of their property might be in error, Rhodes said. “The information is available and free,” Rhodes said. The letters come on the heels of the 2011 reevaluation of all Hamilton County properties. Overall, property lost $5 billion in value. The current values became effective on the first tax bill in 2012. “We advise homeowners to contact a realtor who is active in their area for an independent opinion of their value as a first step,” he said. Owners can also review
recent sales of comparable properties on the auditor’s Web site www.hcauditor.org. Rhodes added nobody
can offer a “guarantee” or “a very high likelihood” of a value reduction. Owners who believe their value is inaccurate should submit their Board of Revision complaint forms to the auditor’s office by 4 p.m. on March
31. Complaint forms and instructions are available from the Auditor’s office or may be accessed on the
Auditor’s Web site.


VIEW PLACE NEIGHBORS FIGHTING GRACE POINT CHURCH LIGHTS

I really hate to give up a chance to talk out problems, but it appears that is the case concerning bright
lights from a church that disturbs neighbors. And, I mean, REALLY bright lights! View Place neighborhood has always been known as a star-gazer’s delight, with dark skies perfect to see stars and the night sky heavens. The Township is now undertaking a study to determine if the stadium-like lights installed at Grace Point Church that borders Keats and View Place are in fact against the law. The pastor has revealed that he is not going to cooperate with the neighbors by either replacing the bright lights with a softer light, or, by turning the lights off after 10 p.m. Now, we are at the mercy of Springfield Township.


Duke Energy Appliance Recycling
Duke Energy Ohio and Kentucky has launched a new program designed to give customers the ability to
recycle outdated refrigerators and freezers in a convenient way (and earn some money too)! The Appliance
Recycling Program (ARP) was launched in October, specifically targeting older refrigerators and freezers
that customers often keep in garages or basements to aid in food and beverage storage. Older appliances that are not as energy efficient as newer models can cost an additional $150 per year to operate. To have your refrigerator or freezer picked up, appliances must be in working condition and between 10 and 30 cubic feet in size. An incentive check for $30 will arrive within 4-6 weeks. MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS NEEDED...

While the Finneytown Music Parents Association does a terrific job fundraising and raising awareness about the importance of enhancing the public school experience for students attending public school, they are in need of used musical instruments for students wanting to be in the orchestra or band.  The new director, Mr. Carl Phlipot (pronounced "fleepoh") informed me that it doesn't matter if the instrument is broken because they have a volunteer who repairs and refurbishes from parts.

Thank you for supporting quality public school education in Finneytown.  Helping out with an additional donation or scholarship to the many parent volunteer organizations only adds to the success of individual students  and our community.  See the school's webpage at www.finneytown.org and click on "support organizations" at the top of your screen for more information about how you can make a special contribution to honor or memorialize your loved ones.

If you haven't done so already, there's still time to send off your note of congratulations and best wishes to Dr. Alan Robertson, Superintendent of Finneytown School District,  before he slips quietly into that "retirement" phase of his life after spending 22 years right here in Finneytown guiding our district through a roller coaster-like ride of changes in federal and state legislation impacting funding and curricula that would make most of our heads spin!

Subject: Nuisance Lighting generated from the Gracepoint Church

Dear Mr. Gilbert:

We the residents of the View Place neighborhood in Springfield Township who reside near the
Gracepoint Church wish to register the following complaint concerning the lighting generated by
the Gracepoint Church from its parking lot lights. The lights were installed approximately 3 years
ago, and the nuisance has increased as described below.

Specifically, the parking lot light poles are equipped with lights which have the strength normally
seen in stadium lights, much stronger than street lights. The light penetrates houses through
windows and even curtains, spills onto the lots, and blots out the sky. The nuisances include but are
not limited to reducing the enjoyment and value of property by the necessity of shutting blinds and
curtains when that action is not desired, annoyance of having one's yard lit up, forcing people to
look the other way when on the property or nearby streets, and having the sky blotted out. The light
spills onto adjacent properties that are a good distance from the building and across the street, and
onto properties at least two doors away from those adjacent properties on Deanview and Brucehills,
and as far away as the east side of View Place Drive.

Last winter, the residents reached an informal compromise with Gracepoint. Gracepoint agreed to
limit the lighting to between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm on nights when acdvities occurred, and the
residents agreed to tolerate the lights at their current strength. This compromise was largely adhered
to by Gracepoint until this winter.

Starting in late October or early November, the lights have been on 7 days per week, and from 6:00
pm to sunrise the next morning. In addition, the parking lot lights at the back of the church building
are also on, where they were not usually on in the past. The ones in the back increase the area of
influence of the lighting, which is already very significant.

We believe that the lights at their current strength cannot be tolerated, and should be reduced to a
brightness appropriate for a quiet, relatively low-density residential area. We believe that the
Township has a responsibility to protect our residential property. We suggest that the Township has
the authority to remedy the problem through its Zoning Resolution sections 5.08, 5.09, and 10.30.

DEB SEMINICK TAKES OVER FEB. 1 AS SUPERINTENDENT

The Finneytown Local School District Board of Education named Ms. Deb Semenick as interim uperintendent. Semenick takes over February 1, 2013 when current superintendent, Dr. Alan Robertson, retires. The vote was unanimous.  ”She has an in-depth knowledge of the community, curriculum and instruction, and also knows what it takes to continue the great tradition,” said Mrs. Horn. Ms. Semenick is no stranger to the Finneytown traditions, having been a principal at Whitaker Elementary from 1997-2008. She is currently Director of Student Services for the Finneytown district. Semenick, who is licensed as a superintendent, principal, and teacher, has served as a principal and teacher of both regular and special needs students in five different school districts. She has received numerous awards and accolades as an effective leader, including the Council for Exceptional Children Principal Award, a nomination for the Leadership Award from the Inclusion Network, and Finneytown Educator of the Year. She has participated in the High Aims Math and Science Academy for Principals, and is a certified trainer for Ruby Payne’s Framework for Understanding Poverty. At Whitaker she spearheaded a school improvement project to expand the academic achievements of all students based on Effective Schools research and the 8-Step Instructional Model. One parent commented about Ms. Semenick’s “astute ability” to support change with grace. She “has been an excellent role model of change for her peers, staff, and Whitaker students and families.”

AUDITOR WARNS ABOUT PROPERTY VALUATION APPEALS

Hamilton County Auditor Dusty Rhodes is warning property owners to beware of companies offering to assist with valuation appeals. ValueAppeal, LLC of Seattle is one of several companies mailing letters to area residents saying they could be overpaying their taxes because the County value of their property might be in error, Rhodes said. “The information is available and free,” Rhodes said. The letters come on the heels of the 2011 reevaluation of all Hamilton County properties. Overall, property lost $5 billion in value. The
current values became effective on the first tax bill in 2012.  “We advise homeowners to contact a realtor who is active in their area for an independent opinion of their value as a first step,” he said. Owners can also review recent sales of comparable properties on the auditor’s Web site www.hcauditor.org. Rhodes added nobody can offer a “guarantee” or “a very high likelihood” of a value reduction. Owners who believe their value is inaccurate should submit their Board of Revision complaint forms to the auditor’s office by 4 p.m. on March 31. Complaint forms and instructions are available from the Auditor’s office or may be accessed on the Auditor’s Web site.



Duke Energy Appliance Recycling

Duke Energy Ohio and Kentucky has launched a new program designed to give customers the ability to
recycle outdated refrigerators and freezers in a convenient way (and earn some money too)! The Appliance
Recycling Program (ARP) was launched in October, specifically targeting older refrigerators and freezers
that customers often keep in garages or basements to aid in food and beverage storage. Older appliances that are not as energy efficient as newer models can cost an additional $150 per year to operate.

To have your refrigerator or freezer picked up, appliances must be in working condition and between
10 and 30 cubic feet in size. An incentive check for $30 will arrive within 4-6 weeks. Call Duke Energy at

I really hate to give up a chance to talk out problems, but it appears that is the case concerning bright
lights from a church that disturbs neighbors.And, I mean, REALLY bright lights!View Place neighborhood has always been known as a star-gazer’s delight, with dark skies perfect to see stars and the night sky heavens. The Township is now undertaking a study to determine if the stadium-like lights installed at Grace Point Church that borders Keats and View Place are in fact against the law. The pastor has revealed that he is not going to cooperate with the neighbors by either replacing the bright lights with a softer light, or, by turning the lights off after 10 p.m. Now, we are at the mercy of Springfield Township

STATE OF THE TOWNSHIP 2013

It's more important than ever to be involved in your community! Start by attending the 5th annual State of the Township community address.   Please plan to attend Springfield Township's annual "State of the Township" community address on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 2:30 p.m.  This will be an informative meeting designed for residents and business members of the community. There have been many changes affecting communities throughout the state of Ohio. Learn how those changes affect your local community.     The format will be similar to years past. Township Trustees and Administrator Michael Hinnenkamp will present a three-part look into Township issues. The presentation is followed by a social with Township officials and staff.   The informational presentation will cover the following:   * Issues that the Township has faced over the past five years - What decisions were made and what were the results of those decisions?     * Present concerns that face the Township now that the Estate Tax has been eliminated and the Local Government Fund reduced by half - Strategies that Trustees could implement to position the community for success will be discussed.  * Future projections - What are the projects on the Township's horizon and could a JEDD (Joint Economic Development District) be in the future? The State of the Township on January 27th  will begin at 2:30 p.m. in the Grove Banquet Hall located at 9158 Winton Road. (Doors open for registration at 2:00 p.m.)  The presentation is expected to be 45 minutes. Pre-registered guests will receive an email reminder the day prior to the meeting and will not need to register at the door. Register here.   Stay for the social after the meeting to ask questions and talk with trustees and staff. Public feedback on State of the Township topics can be voiced at the public budget hearings, scheduled for February 12and March 12. There will be citizen participation during each budget hearing where citizens may make comments or ask questions as it pertains to Township finance. The Finneytown Elementary and Secondary PTA will once again be providing Thanksgiving turkeys along with baskets of food for families in the Finneytown area who are in need. Please bring in canned goods or other non-perishable items between Monday, November 12th and Monday, November 19th.  There will be collection boxes in each elementary classroom and secondary main offices.

Classrooms, families, businesses and relatives are invited to help us reach this goal.  The need is genuine and all donations will be greatly appreciated. Below are suggestions for contributions for each grade level to help get a variety of items. Please feel free to send in as much of any of the items that you possibly can.

Kindergarten: Peanut Butter, Jelly, Bottled Juice

1st grade: Boxed mashed potato flakes, Stuffing mix, Macaroni &Cheese

2nd grade: Canned fruit, Canned sweet potatoes, canned cranberry sauce

AFTERPROM PARENTS NEED YOUR HELP

Dear Finneytown  Parents,  Family,  and Community Members,

We are writing for your support of our AFTER PROM White Elephant Sale on January 19th, 2013, from 6 pm until 9pm at the Xenos Community Center on Northbend Rd.   The White Elephant sale is a fun way to raise money for After Prom.  Your family can enjoy a night out of auction fun, with appetizers and dessert, beverages and good cheer.

Our committee is dedicated to making this experience enjoyable by highlighting and promoting area businesses. We would be thrilled to highlight your business through a donation of a product or service as a prize to be auctioned off. You will receive exposure in newsletters and on our Face book page for the event.   Your business participation will make a difference in our efforts to make this a success.  

Families cleaning out the closet or basement to make way for the new holiday items can donate too. Some of last year’s items that went up for auction included baked goods, gently used furniture; old framed art, and the services of a local painter and electrician!  We can take just about anything.  Volunteers will be contacted to bring a dish to the event for our dine and bid.

Drop off days are: October 24, November 14, and December 19 from 4pm until 7pm at the Secondary Campus under the awning in the front of the school, just drive up! We will accept items and services at other times as well; this is just in an effort to maximize our chances of getting some really great items and make money for our students to continue to have a safe, fun place to go After Prom!!

Springfield Township, Hamilton County, OH seeks to hire part-time Building Monitors with the Senior/Community Center.  Position responsible for facilitating the operation of the Grove and Senior Center by opening the building, greeting guests and renters, monitoring halls and rooms to ensure proper use, setting up and breaking down events, and securing building after use. Successful applicant will be required to undergo a CVSA/Polygraph, interview, and reference/background check. Calling all registered voters!

PLEASE SUPPORT OUR FINNEYTOWN LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT! VOTE YES THIS NOVEMBER SO WE CAN MAKE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE BUILDING AND MAKE IT SAFE FOR OUR CHILDREN!

The Finneytown Board of Education, on July 23, 2012, approved placing a15-year 1.98 mill bond issue on the ballot to raise $4.7 million for new construction, improvements, innovations and additions to school facilities and to provide equipment, furnishings and site improvements.

If passed, this bond issue will add $58.77 per year to the tax obligation of a property with a valuation of $100,000.  The bond issue is just one part of a larger comprehensive effort to fund all $8.3 million worth of facility improvements identified in the district’s recently updated 6 year capital improvement plan.  These improvements cover critical building systems that are essential to protecting and maintaining the community’s investment in

its schools. These improvements will keep our buildings warm, safe, dry and physically inviting to our students.  Specific improvements included in the bond issue.

• Critical maintenance and repairs:

Replace failing roofs at Brent, Whitaker, Secondary Campus, and the William R. Swartzel Performing Arts Center; replace aging and inefficient heating, ventilating and air conditioning units and their controls; replace faulty ductwork; repave deteriorating parking lots and driveways.

• Safety and security: Secure, upgrade and replace exterior doors; install electronic controls at all entry ways; install vestibule doors at Brent; possible traffic flow enhancements for Brent and Whitaker.

• Energy savings: Installation of high efficiency lighting, boilers and electronic controls; conversion of the Performing Arts Center from electric to less expensive natural gas for

heating and cooling.

• Learning environment improvements: Electrical power upgrades will support expanded use of technology by students at all sites; improved lighting and interior retrofits will improve the look and feel of classrooms and the Performing Arts Center.

It has been a primary goal of the district to make the district’s Capital Improvement Plan as affordable to taxpayers as possible.  While the bonds could be financed over a longer period of time, equal to the expected life of purchased assets, the district has chosen to finance the

project over a shorter 15 year life. The district is saving money with a lower interest rate and total interest payments, in the same way a homeowner can save money by entering into a 15 year mortgage instead of a 30 year mortgage.

Red Flag Warning for Springfield Twp. Issued by Fire Dept.

(June 29, 2012, Springfield Township - Hamilton County, OH) Due to the recent dry weather conditions in conjunction with high heat, the Hamilton County Fire Chief's Association issues this warning and recommendation. The National Weather Service has issued a RED FLAG WARNING, which urges citizens to not leave anything ignited outdoors where it could catch fire.

On Wednesday, the State of Ohio Fire Marshal issued this statement:
"Ohioans are being urged NOT to use backyard fireworks because of the high fire danger from extremely dry conditions, the risk of personal injury - specifically to young children - and the potential penalty for breaking Ohio's fireworks law."

"In 2011, 9,600 people were treated in emergency departments for firework-related injuries, an increase of 1,000 injuries over the previous year. An estimated 6,200 fireworks-related injuries, or 65 percent of people treated, occurred during the one-month period surrounding the Fourth of July Holiday."

With the upcoming 4th of July Holiday, all area fire chiefs have serious concern over the use of backyard fireworks. Often, they are ignited by inexperienced and unqualified individuals. This, in conjunction with the dry weather, and in some cases, the presence of alcohol, all potentially adds up to a dangerous equation. A grass fire can ignite easily and spread quickly in these conditions. The potential is very real, and the risks at this time are very high.

Additionally, the following recommendations are advised:

• Until the Red Flag Warning is lifted, discontinue the use of outdoor fireplaces, chimineas, and the like.
• When grilling, do so on a non-combustible surface, such as concrete. Do not grill on wooden decks or in the dry grass. Be sure to not leave grills unattended, and be certain flames are fully extinguished when complete.
• Do not ignite any backyard fireworks.
• If you have any questions, contact your local fire official within the jurisdiction where you reside.

It is our hope that we can all work together in order to have an enjoyable and safe holiday.

Message from a neighbor about emerald ash borer....

Suggesting we put a message on the blogspot that the emerald ash borer is in the neighborhood. It will affect the View Place neighborhood a great deal due to the high numbers of ash trees, especially in the western part of the area. People should know to look for damage, and that the time to save trees you want to save is now if you see damage on nearby trees but before you see a great deal of damage on ones you want to save. Back Tree service offers a proven system to save the trees.  Forest Lytle offers a treatment with less percentage of success but cheaper, may be appropriate for large stands where Back's method would be prohibitively expensive.

Community Night at the Y

Residents of Springfield Township are invited to the Powel Crosley Jr,. YMCA with FREE admission to the pool at 6:00 p.m. Several local businesses will host booths offering give-a-ways and cash and carry shopping! Plus, we will have games in the pool and gift bags for everyone in attendance! Leave dinner to the pros! Concessions and dinner items will be on sale at the pool.

*Children will be required to pass a swim test to swim without a parent in the pool.
Festivities will last 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Registration is NOT required.

Cancelled! Springfield Twp.-Finneytown Booster's Community Garage Sale!

Save the Date for Springfield Township-Finneytown Booster's Community Garage Sale at Finneytown High School, Saturday, June 2nd, from 9 am to 1 pm.

They say that one man's trash is another man's treasure! So on Saturday, June 2nd it's a treasure hunt like no other! With 48 indoor individual booths and up to 100 outdoor booths, you're sure to find something great! Doors open to public at 9 am.  There will be no early birds.  Due to vendors setting up outdoors, cars will not permitted in the parking lot until 9 am.  Anything unsold may be donated to Goodwill.

Those interested may purchase a booth space ranging in price from $10-20 to sell their unneeded items. No sales of pets, vehicles, firearms,  is permitted on property.

Indoor booths (located in the Main Gym) 10 x 10 = $20 per booth w/48 spaces available.  Each indoor booth comes with (1) 8 ft. table and (2) chairs.

Outdoor booths 10 x 10 concrete area  cost $15 w/52 spaces available.

Outdoor Grassy Grove area behind Main Gym 10 x 30 cost $10 w/56 spaces available.

Rain or Shine. Canopy no larger than space allotted are permitted for shelter in the event of rain.  Finneytown Boosters shall not be liable for injury or loss and therefore held harmless from any claim whatsoeveer.

Set up time is Friday, June 1, from 4-7 pm or no earlier than 6 am day of Garage Sale.

Register  for booths through Finneytown Boosters, 8916 Fountainbleau Terrace, 45224. Or register at FHS during hours of 9- 3pm Mon.-Fri.

Refunds will not be issued for any reason except in the event  Booster's  cancels the event.
