In case you had heard, St. X is having Rack fill in behind the new baseball fields to create more parking. I spoke with Chris Gilbert, and he says that St. X and the people on North Bend and Seymour affected by the operation have come to a deal on a buffer or whatever else, so I guess there is no need to get involved.


All Ways Trucking is also dumping on Seymour next to the nature preserve. They have encroached on the stream above the park. Chris Gilbert is going out there with Hamilton County Soil and Water.

This evening Ben Lawrence and I attended the Zoning Board meeting. The> single agenda item was a case to replace the old firehouse with a 6400 SF> structure for two prospective tenants, including 89 parking spaces. The> tenants are not yet known.> > The applicant is New Plan Realty. Some parking will be shared with Kroger.> Two connections to Kroger parking plus right-in and right-out at Winton> provide auto access.> > Chris Gilbert presented the case and reviewed the plot plan. We'll bring> this material to the next Board meeting. I just wanted to inform you that some one broke into house on Thursday around 1:30 pm. The burglar was able to open one of the entry doors but
security alarm saved us…

Will you send this to the bigger distribution and ask people to stay on the look out for any unusual movement of people in the neighborhood.
